Costs
Free delivery from €150. An order of exactly €150 ships free. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and it is the only cost added to the price you see on the product page.
Prices on brilliani.com include VAT.

Working days exclude weekends and Dutch public holidays. Where a piece has a longer lead time, that time is stated on the product page before you buy, not discovered afterwards.
If we cannot meet the stated time, we tell you within 14 days of your order. You can then cancel free of charge and we refund you promptly.
Where we ship
Across the European Union, in EUR. Country and currency are set in the region selector at the top of the site.
For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be payable on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are yours to pay. We say so at checkout before you commit.
Risk
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem to solve, not yours to absorb. Tell us at info@brilliani.com and we will replace or refund.
For business customers, risk passes when we hand the parcel to the carrier.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you give us. If it is wrong, tell us as soon as possible — before dispatch we can change it without cost. After dispatch we will do what we can, but a parcel delivered correctly to an incorrect address is not a delivery failure.
Packaging
Every order ships in the Brilliani box, with the GRA or IGI certificate inside. Outer packaging is plain: nothing on the outside says what is in it.
Returns
Returns are free and run for 30 days. See returns and refunds.
