What applies to your order

Our wider compliance notices

The company behind Brilliani publishes a fuller set of notices covering the software side of the business and our conduct as a Dutch company. They apply to us as a whole, so they apply to your order too.

We take no cash payments, in any amount. Every order is paid through a traceable method offered at checkout.

Certificates

Every stone we sell is lab-grown and certified. Moissanite ships with a GRA certificate; lab-grown diamond ships with an IGI report. The certificate number is on the document in the box and you can verify it yourself with the laboratory that issued it. We do not issue grading opinions of our own, and nothing we publish is a substitute for the laboratory report.

Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep every right that mandatory Dutch and EU law gives you, including the right to bring a dispute before the court where you live. If you would rather not go to court, write to us first at info@brilliani.com — and you can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in your country through eccnet.eu. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.

These notices describe our practice and are published for transparency. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace the terms and conditions, which are what you actually agree to when you buy from us.
