You only need this form if you want it. An email to info@brilliani.com saying you'd like to return your order does exactly the same job. We provide the form because EU law requires us to make it available, and because some people prefer a form.

Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

After you send it

We acknowledge receipt promptly and send you a free prepaid return label. Send the piece back within 14 days of this notification, with its certificate. We refund you within 14 days of receiving this form, to the same payment method, at no cost to you.

You have 30 days from delivery to send this, rather than the statutory 14. See returns and refunds for the full detail, including the pieces made to your specification that are excluded.
